Your journey will include hill climbing, sprints, jumps and runs, incorporated with all types of music. You set the pace. You control the intensity level. This group strength training class provides muscular strength & endurance resistance training for all major muscle groups; a great way to achieve a toned & firm body. (1 hour) Please arrive a few minutes early for setup.

No dance experience needed, just the desire to have tons of fun. The music is intoxicating and the moves are easy to follow. You won’t even realize that you just worked out! (1 hour).

Personal training is a private 1 hour session with a trainer and the client. Personalizing their workout and weight loss goal which includes a meal plan.
Classes that are a combination of cardio, functional or strength training with a group of 2 or more people.

Janice Curry is the reason I joined SOULFitness. She is the bet instructor I have had for any classes at the gym. She pushes you in a nice way and is very inspirational.
